Thanks to the experience gained in the field, we have created a new format, the RYB method: a contemporary approach to Pilates that is structured in a winning combination of strength, balance, stretching and exercises synchronized with music capable of involving and challenging students by stimulating different muscle targets.

    CONI Certification

    The CONI diploma It is obtained after passing a final exam consisting of a theoretical part (anatomy, Pilates fundamentals and repertoire) and a practical part (demonstration of a complete lesson).
